Awaken your mind, energize your body, and find your breath with Trackside Rise & Shine Yoga. This class is intended to start your day with inner tranquility and physical strength through a gentle flowing practice. After the class, guests will be able to meet some of our thoroughbreds in our training barn! Trackside Rise & Shine Yoga welcomes all fitness and yoga levels.

Please bring your own yoga mat to class and arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time.
