Race Recap: February 21 – Happy My Way Finishes a Close Second at Gulfstream Park Sprint Stakes

Gulfstream Park, Fl. – In his second start of 2015, Happy My Way finished a close second in Race 6 at the Grade 3 Gulfstream Park Sprint Stakes on Saturday, February 21. Under jockey Joe Bravo, Happy My Way burst out of the gates and dueled for the lead from the outside early on. Having established a position in the front of the pack, Happy My Way continued to battle with C. Zee and Mean Season for the lead heading into the final stretch. The Wilko-Holy Queen by Holy Bull gelding opened a clear margin on the final stretch, but could not hold off C. Zee, who would ultimately edge Happy My Way by 2 ¾ lengths in the finishing drive.
